Irish Banana Bread

1/3 Cup Butter
1 Cup Sugar
1 Egg
1 Cup Mashed Bananas (about 2 or 3)
3/4 Cup Flour
1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 Cup Oatmeal (regular or quick-cooking)
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
Dash of salt

Cream butter and sugar, mix in eggs and bananas. Blend remaining dry ingredients together and add to egg mixture. Mix and spread into a loaf pan sprayed with a “Pam” like product. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes before de-panning.
