Belgian Chocolate Cake

A rich gluten free dense chocolate torte

9 oz bar of chocolate (I use one bittersweet baking chocolate bar and the remainder semisweet)
1 Cup (2 sticks) of Butter cut up plus 2 Tablespoons Butter
Microwave the above together in a bowl for one minute, stir, the microwave 30 seconds longer to melt both together. To this stir in:
1/3 Cup granulated Sugar
3 Tablespoons Almond Flour
5 Large Eggs, beaten

Let this mixture sit on the counter for 30 minutes before baking. When ready, pour into a prepared springform pan and bake in a 325 degree oven for 55 minutes. Cool before serving and sprinkle top with Powdered Sugar.
