Dels Cowboy... Dels Cowboy pictured here at the age of 9 (at right) and at 20.5 is the horse that started it all for Robin’s Nest Ranch. While foaled in Texas, he has lived in Florida and now California. We acquired Cowboy in 1998 and his offspring provide the basis for our planned breeding program. Cowboy is a classic and refined palomino with flowing white mane and tail, white hind socks and star. His handsome head is refined and unmistakably Arabian in style with large brown, dynamic eyes. Intelligent, kind and with a distinct sense of humor – Cowboy IS our herd stallion of choice. He lives with his mares and imparts much of his personality on his children who would otherwise be bereft of the benefit of having him add to their character.
This magnificent and unique little stallion is very potent and his offspring are exceptional. We have retained all of his daughters and many of his sons to reproduce the essence of Cowboy. Without exception his get are "show quality". Dels Cowboy is offered to breed no more than 10 approved outside mares in a season for a $2500 ($250 non-refundable booking fee + $2250) stud fee with discounts available to multiple mares from the same ranch. The live foals from the first 5 mares bred are Futurity Nominated by Robin’s Nest Ranch – that is how confident we are of his get
